This privacy statement applies to the iGo Figure webportal website, products and services that are located in, but not limited to the igofigure.com, igokaratesoftware.com, igoyogasoftware.com, igogymnasticsoftware.com and igodancesoftware.com domains.
Information Collection and Use
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. iGo Figure webportal collects information from our users at several different points on our website/web application.
The iGo Figure webportal offers a unique reporting tool to gather iGo Figure Software data from a register Go Figure customer. This information can only be displayed once the owner of each individual location has agreed to install a license agreement to report back to the iGo Figure webportal in order to be able to display the following reports: Advertising Sources, Attendance/Staffing Trends, Expiring Memberships, Membership Status Analysis, Employee Payroll, Projection Report, Membership Sales Analysis and Top Sales.
The user is able to group multiple clubs and sends these a unique license to be installed on their computers in order for the iGo Figure webportal to pull the appropriate data.
Please note that personal contact information of customers/members/clients is completely private and therefore will not be displayed in any of the iGo Figure webportal reports. The iGo Figure webportal is designed to automatically compare your facilities with each other and cannot report from facilities that have not agreed to the terms and conditions of the license.
Security and Privacy
Using industry-recognized security safeguards such as firewalls, coupled with carefully developed security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration, we take every precaution to protect and respect the confidentiality and security of your personal information.
Go Figure’s employees are trained and required to safeguard your information and, using physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.
We assure to never share, sell, or rent your personal information with third parties for their promotional use.
Notification of Changes
This policy is in effect as of June 2009. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on the iGo Figure webportal Website so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
